Shipping Policy : Domestic/International

1. Purchases are shipped from our warehouse of Le Lapin Enterprises by reputed courier agencies.

2. All domestic /international orders received before 8pm are processed on same day normally or within 48hrs. You can expect delivery of the domestic order within 2-7 business day and international order within 9 to 20 business days depending on the country and city

3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Could not be rerouted to any other address after confirmation of order. In case of emergency, please call customer care for guidance.

4. Delivery may be delayed in case of continuous public holidays or strike.

5. Goods receipt will need to be signed for upon delivery by the concern or Family members or suggested alternative person by the customer. But Le Lapin Enterprises takes no responsibility for goods signed by the alternative.

6. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. Shipping charges may vary based on product volume, type and shipping destination.

7. For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 3 business days of your order delivery for resolution.

Information Regarding Import Taxes / Customs Duties @ Receiver Country

We ship our Products world-wide & deliver in 9 to 20 business days depending on the country and city
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.
Orders shipped outside India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You are requested to contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and an estimate cannot be provided by us.
